3 Essential WordPress Plugins Every Business Owner Should Be Using


If you are one of the many business owners who use the WordPress content management system (CMS) for your website.  It is extremely important that you use the right group of plugins when creating your website.  While, I believe WordPress to be the best CMS system for both beginners and advanced users, it doesn’t provide many important functions straight out of the box.  I make sure to install each and every one of these plugins for all my clients including this website itself. Here is a list of the most important plugins you need to add to your WordPress installation.

WordPress SEO By Yoast : For Higher Search Engine Rankings

For many years  the All In One SEO Pack was the top dog when it came to SEO plugins. In the last few years, the WordPress SEO plugin by Yoast has taken the crown and currently has over 8 million downloads in the plugin depository.

The plugin has many great SEO features built into one solid plugin:

  • The ability to optimize individual pages based on targeted keywords
  • Allows you to control the indexing of categories and archives
